Our mission:

To improve the lives of feral cats and diminish the feral population in the Austin area through education and Trap-Neuter-Release.


Our goals:

  • To increase awareness of local feral cats and their situations.
  • To provide local education about the value of TNR for managing colonies of feral cats.
  • To provide local training and resources to help individuals trap, neuter, vaccinate, and return feral cats to their colonies when possible, or to suggest alternatives for placement.
  • To provide local training and resources for managers of feral colonies.
  • To rescue and find adoptive homes for tamable feral cats and their young kittens.
  • To increase the availability of free and low-cost spay/neuter surgery for feral cats.
  • As a long-term goal, to acquire and manage a site for a feral cat sanctuary.

How to make a donation:

  • Send a tax-deductible check to Animal Trustees of Austin and indicate on the check that it is to be used for feral cat spay/neuters.
